These terms apply when you use Campuslo, provided by Campuslo ("we", "us"). By signing up or using the service you accept them.

The service

Campuslo is online software for small businesses. We work to keep it available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Your account

• You must give correct details and keep your login private.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be 18 or older, or have a guardian's permission.

Your data and your customers

• You own the data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service.
• You must have the right to hold your customers' details, and must send marketing messages only to customers who opted in.
• You must follow the Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the DPDP Act.

Acceptable use

Do not use Campuslo for anything illegal, to send spam, to harm others, to break the service, or to access other businesses' data.

Fees and payments

Paid plans, prices and billing periods are shown at sign-up. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are in Indian rupees and include or exclude GST as shown at checkout. Refunds and cancellation are covered in the Refund & Cancellation policy.

Payments between you and your customers

Any UPI QR or payment link in Campuslo sends money directly between you and your customer. We are not a party to those payments and do not hold the money.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using Campuslo any time. We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, misuse or breaking these terms. You can ask for an export of your data before closing.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 3 months.

Intellectual property

The software, name and design belong to us. You get a limited right to use them while your account is active.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Rajam, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction.
