Good to know
Is my students' data safe?
Each school only sees its own data. Teachers only see their own classes. Parent links show one child each. We only see contact details of parents who tick an optional box agreeing to offers and updates.
Do parents pay fees online?
Not yet. The office records each payment and prints the receipt. That needs no payment gateway and no extra charges.
Does it send WhatsApp or SMS automatically?
Not by default. It prepares the message and you review it and press send, so nothing goes out in your name without you.
Does it work on a basic phone?
Yes. Pages are light and tested on small Android phones. The parent app is for Android.
What if we stop paying?
The office desk and parent links pause. Your data stays safe and everything returns when you renew.
